Grown at 1,200 – 1,500m on a Rainforest Alliance certified farm in volcanic soil, these vibrant yellow cherries are hand selected and pre-sorted to ensure perfect ripeness.
These beans are roasted to a city-roast profile — just past the second crack — to unlock a remarkably clean, elegant cup. We'll make you one of the best coffees you've ever tasted!
